On Tuesday, July 2, 2019, the Cisco AnyConnect VPN (Virtual Private Network) login will change to utilize Lehigh Single Sign-On (SSO). Single Sign-On is an authentication process that allows a user to access multiple applications, accounts, and services with one set of login credentials (i.e., Lehigh username and password).
No action is needed, but be aware that the sign-on prompt will change to match the Lehigh SSO experience you are already familiar with. Also note:
- Be sure to select your access method (GeneralAccess or LibraryResources) before logging in.
- If you use Two-Factor Authentication with Duo, you will be prompted for your second factor each time you connect to the VPN.
For full instructions on connecting to the VPN with Single Sign-On, see Remote Connectivity - the Lehigh VPN, or watch our Lehigh University VPN video.
