  • The data file that you are requesting be loaded. (Please include this as an attachment in your email.)

  • Please describe the data that you are requesting to have loaded.

  • What purpose are you requesting this data be loaded (Reporting, Communication, etc.)?

  • What is the source of this data?

  • Have you sent data from the same source to us before (SAT/ACT/GRE/GMAT loads, Grad Fairs, etc.)?

  • Are the records within this data new to Salesforce? If not, should any of the new data overwrite existing record data?

  • Is this data for prospects or inquiries?

  • When does this data need to be loaded? (Please allow at least 4 business days to complete data loads)
