Welcome to Enrollment Management Services!
Enrollment Management Services is a shared services organization that supports the technology and data for the offices within Enrollment Management, which include Undergraduate Admissions and Financial Aid, Graduate Admissions, and the Office of the Registrar. EM Services also supports the Office of the Provost. There are two teams within the department: Systems & Operations and Data & Reporting. Together, the two teams support the systems and ensure the accuracy of the data within those systems. Ultimately, EM Services provides the tools and data for the business units to effectively do their work.
The Systems & Operations team is responsible for the support and configuration of software and applications utilized by the offices supported by EM Services. Some of these solutions include Salesforce/EnrollmentRx, DegreeWorks, CollegeNet, Lyterati, Courseleaf, etc. The various solutions the team supports consists of the admissions applications, portals for applicants and incoming students, the admissions reading process, and more. This team also handles the bulk loading of data into the systems. For example, purchased names, admissions application data, test scores, financial aid data, etc. Lastly, the Systems & Operations team provides high level project management support from ideation to completion.
The Data & Reporting team is responsible for all things data. They ensure the data is being loaded into the systems into the correct fields as well as syncing properly across systems. The team also handles any and all manual data entry and uploads, in addition to reviewing and validating the data uploaded by bulk methods. This team is also responsible for any operational reporting needs for the business units within Enrollment Management and across campus.
Enrollment Management Services supports the systems and data from an inquiry’s first interest in Lehigh through graduation. Our mission is to support the offices within Enrollment Management to serve all their constituents in the best way possible.
